"The Real Problem is Not of Unemployment"

In the past decade, i have traveled a long journey of thoughts transformation. Being a son of a middle class family, earlier my thoughts were pulling me back. It took really a lot hard work and thinking patterns shift that made me what i am today. Today, i have a totally new perspective of seeing the things and people. Today, i am not bothered about making money but i am truly focused about serving more people with my work. Truly, the problem is never outside us. The problem is inside us, always. And the problem is that we are disconnected with our real identity.
We lost connections with who we really are. Jobs are ready, companies are ready, opportunities are ready, great fortunes are ready but we, ourselves, are not prepare to take the opportunities. Let me tell you politely, what kind of preparation i am talking about : the right attitude, the feeling of serving loved human beings, the feeling of adding values in the lives of loved human beings, dedication in our work, finding the work that engages us most, discovering our true calling.
The Thing is : make a goal of continuous learning in your field, be a passionate learner, always empty your cup, success is a journey not a destination.
