Today i am very excited and happy by sharing : how to stay young forever with you all. Are you thinking, is it possible? Yes it is absolutely possible.
There are 4 key dimensions of our health : mind, body, soul and heart.
What we do is : On daily basis, we care our body (means our physical health) little bit and rest 3 domains are usually neglected.
The key lies in proper ROUTINE focus on all four attributes of our health : mind, body, soul and heart.
All these 4 dimensions have their own key requirements on daily basis. The dimension, we ignore or not feed properly on daily basis, goes week and week and it shows in our personality, every time. Don't think only eating food is our key requirement. Food for brain/mind, Food for heart, Food for soul is equally or even, i should say, more important to stay young forever.
So lets start one by one.
MIND : our mind needs learning, new creative information, everyday fresh dose of mental diet. If we miss, we looks older in knowledge and in age as well. So start feeding your mind regularly with positive mental food.
BODY : healthy and fresh food and daily exercise is a must to stay young forever. Most of us take good and healthy food. We also need to exercise daily to make ourselves super-fit or athlete like. Gift yourself 20 minutes of exercise, daily and feel the difference in your stamina.
SOUL : our soul need something that is bigger than ourselves to stand for. Let me ask you, for whom you are living ? what is the purpose of your life? why you are on this earth? what you are doing for other human beings? when you will die who will cry ? these are the needs of our soul/spirit. The people, who fulfill these needs are young and remain young in age and stay alive for long-long years in the hearts of people.
HEART : our heart needs to give love and get love constantly. Our heart needs true appreciation and wants to give true appreciation every time. Our heart needs connections with people on unconditional basis. Love is the primary diet of heart.
These 4 key dimensions are equally important to consider, to feed, to focus.
Your Health and Age is primarily based on 4 key factors : MIND, BODY, SOUL AND HEART.
